When We Began.

  • River Haven Real Estate was started by Wayne Walts Sr. (Broker) & Bob Walts in 1984.
  • The company was franchised with RE/MAX in 1992.
  • In 2002, Wayne Walts Jr. came on board as the office manager, giving the ownership three generations of realtors.
