This incredible area is known as Sugar Springs, a recreational community developed in 1973 by N.E. Isaacson and Associates, Inc. Gently rolling roads take you into this remarkable recreational community where you will find a wonderful balance between the natural and man-made. There are about 3,200 total acres of land and about 1,000 acres of water. Lake Lancelot has about 250 surface areas of water and Lake Lancer about 750 acres with a variety of fish for the taking year-round. An average of 45 homes are built each year.

To many Sugar Springs property owners, the greatest facility of all is approximately 1,000 undeveloped common acres used by those who picnic, stroll or bird watch. Deer, birds, and animal life abound for your quiet pleasure along with these other amenities, which are owned by the Property Owners Association and are managed by a Board of Directors and full-time General Manager. Sugar Springs boasts some of the area’s most beautiful homes as well as the following recreational amenities:
